Use: Model agreements and precedent business forms provided by the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen ("CALEP Business Forms") are proprietary documents. All or any part of the CALEP Business Forms downloaded from this CALEP Website by current members of the CALEP may not be provided (electronically or otherwise) to any non-member of the CALEP. Non-members may purchase CALEP Forms from the CALEP Office. In addition, all or any part of the CALEP Business Forms may not be used in any publication, and may not be distributed (electronically or otherwise) or used for educational purposes without the express prior written consent of the CALEP.
