Merit Award Nomination Form - Friends of CALEP Award

The Merit Awards Committee may select up to 8 "Friends of CALEP" for special recognition at our April meeting. Please provide a short list of the contributors or sponsors you would like the Committee to consider based on their contributions during the past year. The Merit Awards Committee will reserve the right not to make the award if there is not an eligible recipient. This policy will maintain the award's high standards
